Carlo Rossi is a wine maker and interior designer. As you can imagine with that sort of combination the man found some use for all his extra wine bottles and jugs making furniture and what not. The most interesting thing that can be found on his site however is a set of instructions on how to make a 5.1 speaker system out of jugs. Everyone is always looking for that cool piece to sit on your coffee table or something besides the TV so sit in your wall unit. 'AntWorks' which is made up of a space ages gel acts as a habitat and source of food for your ants. It would have been cooler if the gel was some sort of glow in the dark goop, but there is a series of blue leds that shine through the gel to bug the hell out of your ants. Seems that after the Million Dollar Homepage miracle of online advertising. Amsterdam is trying the same thing, for about 10 Euros per tile you can buy yourself some advertising space on The Sandberg Institute. another issue. However you’d better be

I’m allergic to cats, but I know there are a lot of cat lovers out there. This is definitely a cool looking series of shelves to set up for your cat. Going for US 250, I’m wondering if you could do this sorta thing cheap on your own. Definitely a cool idea for cat lovers, maybe the shelves are covered in carpet, but this thing is probably a pain to vacuum. (via: Apartment Therapy)

This is something at an all new weird level. Supposedly designed for privacy by a Joe Malia a graduate of he Royal College of Arts in London. This design seems more like a silly joke then something you'd really want to be caught dead in.
