Following the Corona tutorials found here I managed to create my first 'Hello World' program and felt pretty good. On a friends recomendation I'm currently using Sublime Text 2 as my text editor.
After you finish the first tutorial I felt quite powerful, "Wow this is easy". Only to run directly into a brick wall with the next lesson entitled, 'Basic Programming Tecniques'. Now I'm going to make an educated guess that this is the quick reference page for people with some sort of programming knowledge. I tried reading this page several times and most of it make no sense.
I've moved onto the next section of the tutorial which seems to be a step by step guide and once again I feel like I'm on track. I just hope that I'm not suppose to understand everything in Basic Programming Techniques before moving on.
