Came across this here at Gizmodo. Seems there is a company that keeps producing these analog stick add ons to help players game better. These glorified rubber nipples seem to reduce the resistance of the 360 controller in the first 20% of motion. I want to get this because my girlfriends nails keep digging holes into my 360 controllers!!!
