I came across this here at OhGizmo! This BrickHouseSecurity.com product is spying made easy! Basically take any sim shove it in a PC and you can see the complete Sim card contact and SMS history, even deleted ones!
Jealous spouses and over protective parents rejoice! All sorts of legal problems with this product depending where you live but you can grab one for $149US.
