HG Xbox360 controllers - blueprint for the 720 controller?

This has actually been floating around the net for a while, but I actually took the time to read it here at Oh Gizmo.  When i first came across this controller I thought man thats stupid, MS has spent tonnes of money on ergonomic design for the controller and any "improvements" would be silly.  Then I thought of my Gears of War sessions where I had to use the ever akward pinch/claw grip with my right hand to allow for my index finger to hit the buttons, middle finger on the triggers and thumb on the right analog.  If you know what I'm talking about, you'll realize that for some games, an alternate button on the rear of the controller would be very welcome, while its not quite the revolution of a shoulderbutton it would be a welcome addition.
