This info has been up on IGN for a while but it seems that the Wii-mote will use 2 AA batteries, will run for 30-60 hours depending on its use and uses Bluetooth technology on a 2.4 Ghz band. Its going to have built in memory, speakers and a rumble feature that can be turned off. A new bit of info is that there will be a SYNCHRO button which is used to link up and choose controllers and give different controllers there own ID. I’m allergic to cats, but I know there are a lot of cat lovers out there. This is definitely a cool looking series of shelves to set up for your cat. Going for US 250, I’m wondering if you could do this sorta thing cheap on your own. Definitely a cool idea for cat lovers, maybe the shelves are covered in carpet, but this thing is probably a pain to vacuum. (via: Apartment Therapy)

Although being marketed as an office toy, I can't see this foam missle launcher being found in any serious office. However this is still a cool yet very stupid toy. Hook it up to your computer and you can launch foam missles in pretty much any direction you'd like. Get one here
Seems that the net is abuzz with news that came out of SI Kids that Nintendo Wii will be released on the 6th of this year. To me any date is better than NO date. Read more here
I suppose its just goes to show that there is a lot of money in video games. The Wachowski brothers, Steven Speilberg, John Wu and now Wes Craven are all either making games or are seriously trying to break into the game industry. A game from Wes Craven could be potentially a really scary experience. I wonder if this trend of movie directors is going to lead to games getting shorter and easier to the point where they feel like an interactive movie instead of a video game? (via:Joystiq)
