Now I don’t really understand what war driving is all about, but the hacking community loves any WIFI computers that you can war drive with. Well it seems you can wardrive with your NDS now, you’ll need a program called DS2Key but if war driving is your thing, you can do it with your very innocent looking NDS. (via:engadget)

Virtua Tennis is coming to DS! The 3D engine doesn’t look too bad, and I trust the game play will be solid but as pointed out by 4 Color Rebellion there doesn’t seem to be a WiFi sticker on the Box Art. So the idea of VR is still a bit far fetched in my opinion and your LCD panels can only get so big, but a hemisphere display! Now that is immersion. Basically this display works in the same way as a projector, the difference being your display surface. I could see this being an amazing experience for FPS games. Ok so this is a Japan exclusive for NTT Docomo, but it seems Sega is going to make mobile phones. I suppose they’ll be packed with mini games, now my big speculation is will this be Sega’s first step into researching a return to hand held gaming? Game Gear 2?? (via: Gizmodo)
I think just about every guy in the world loves the Swiss Army Knife, the idea of one super tool /gadget is the same as the idea of a girlfriend who plays videogames! The problem is there is almost never a practical reason to get one. Well instead of rocking your iPod shuffle you might consider swapping to this slick Swiss Army Mp3 player, asides from 1Gb memory, stereo Fm radio, you get a bunch of blades, scissors and other useless tools that all guys will find some really important reason as to why we bought another useless gadget! Yodobashi has made a clever little tripod stand. I suppose if you go out its quite common to have a bottled drink in your bag, but carrying a tripod around could be quite a pain. Coming in a range of tacky colours this bottle cap tripod costs quite a bit at $20US, but its still a cool idea, get one here (via: engadget)
