As a gamer in his mid-twenties, making excuses for my video game time and not going to the gym is easy. This has got to be the perfect solution., run your ass off and play games while your at it. The amount of running you do on your treadmill dictates how much you move in your FPS. There are lots of details like how to strafe and controls working and stuff but I’m not going to go through that. I think this is a brilliant idea, and whats the best game for fitness, by far its got to be quake 3 arena! You’ll never stop running in that game and you’ll lose that spare tire in no time.
