Final Fantasy X ported to NES

A bunch of fanboys in Japan loved Final Fantasy and Nintendo so much they went ahead and programmed a retro Final Fantasy X that can be run on NES emulators. These guys did some serious hacking then made this game, out in Japanese only now, these nut balls are even going to go so far as to translate it to English! Read more here  (via:Kotaku)

Kasokeshi 28 Corner Erasers

This is just a really good idea, do you need it? No not really but still its one of those Japanese inventions that if you saw it in a shop and it was cheap you’d still pick it up. Basically everyone knows that eraser corner is the only reason anyone buys new erasers.  The Kasokeshi has 28 corners that you can cut your way to or just erase away until you get there. Nintendo DS Trojan

Just another reason to download pirated DS games, it seems there is a Trojan virus call DSBrick that overwrite critical information in your DS that will prevent you from booting up!  It seems this is a homebrew application named r0mloader.zip and taihen.zip (via:Ubergizmo)

Play-Yan Micro – a cool idea

I’m getting more and more tempted these days to buy a GB Micro. There are still a lot of GBA games I would like to play and with the new play-yan you can stick any SD card you want into your micro and it becomes a relatively small mp3 player.  They upgraded this play-yan by adding mini games so you can play while you listen.  Now if they could just make it play GBA games while listening to music, it would be a pretty cool add on if they started making gba games where you could plug in your SD cards and the games will play with your own soundtrack..  I know I’d love to play Tetris to some drum and bass or broken beat!  If they started making a whole line up of these GBA games which you could insert your on mp3s into to listen while you play, I'm sure Micros would be selling like hotcakes. PEZ MP3 player

Some nutcase PEZ fan went out and made himself an MP3 player out of a PEZ dispenser. It seems that that nutcase is now making these suckers on mass and selling them for $99 USD. Its pretty basic with only 512MB, play both MP3 and WMA, runs on a single AAA battery that well keep you popping for 20 hours. This is definitely the masterpiece for any true PEZ dispencer collector. Jerome Olivet Backpack

If there was ever a bling back pack this is it!! This looks SO nice, made by Jerome Olivet this designer worked for Phillippe S+arck for a few years then broke out on his own. This is definitely one of the coolest looking bag around.  It seems Mr. Olivet studies gesture and movement of the body in the design of this bag.  This thing looks SUPER nice and I want one.  You can get one here.  (via: Oh!Gizmo)
