Sex and Videogame industry

Seems ever since the GTA:SA hot coffee sex scandal, the American Government has been going nuts throwing up all sorts of bans right left and centre .  I just hope the game industry doesn't get crushed as a result, its unfortunate that Rockstar such a great development house decided to put in such a tasteless easter egg.  I mean its funny to watch and all but did they really not think of what could happen??  If you haven't been following this whole hot cofee scandal, you really should check out Kotaku who have been covering the whole sex in videogames scandal.  I do think we need a movie like rating system for games, I just hope that the Government doesn't try to destroy the game industry in a personal crusade for fame.  I mean really do you really think that some Congress person cares if your kid plays sexually explicit games, I mean really care, beyond the PC answer? No I doubt it.
