Intel's Tablet Surfboard

This is kinda old news (story broke in 2004) but I've only come across it recently.  Intel released a sufboard with a waterproof tablet PC embedded in the board.  The board also has wifi allowing surfers to surf the web literally. Interesting article that I cam across at 1UP, basically list out a bunch of girlfriend friendly videogames. Can’t say I disagree but I do know that if it were my girlfriends list there would have to be AoE and Dynasty Warriors . Check it out here (Via:1UP)

If you live in China or have a big nasty firewall at work, sometimes there is a need to surf more privately so no one knows where you are surfing. A new proxy relay site can be found here, not bad. Amemone alarm clock, forces you to wake up

Aaron Tang invented this alarm clock which basically goes off, then goes ballistic.  It starts vibrating and basically starts rolling all over your room. World of Warcraft CHINA

Well its finally avaialble in China, and guess what the original game costs a WHOPPING 30 RMB which is about oh US 3.75 for the original discs.  The monthly fee is reportedly going to be the same.  I feel sorry for my friends in HK who shelled out 600 to buy an american copy and are paying 12 US a month for fees.  But i suppose its nicer to be able to read thing in English

F+R Hugs – lycra hugging shirt

This is just crazy, this lycra shirt has embedded sensors that allow you to feel the hugging sensation of someone that is transmitted to you via mobile phone networks.  The hug shirt can transmit the heartbeat, touch and body temp of a remote companion in real time. Sky divers play DS

I’m wondering why so many people are taking DS on crazy adventures and not the PSP.  First we had the guys who brought DS around the world to climb all the highest peaks, now we have 4 skydivers. 4 skydivers jumped out of their plane playing 4 way Mario 64.  They discovered that they could play up to 400 meters apart. X-woofer Personal Audio Peripheral

This is a weird looking audio device I’d like to try.  This is a speaker type device which you wear around your neck; designed with gamers in mind this US75 speaker enhances vibrations allowing gamers to have some tactile sense of direction from which sound is coming.  The audio quality is not that great though, you’ll only get AM quality stereo from these speakers.  Pity that, could have been a pretty cool speaker but I wonder how heavy it is.
